Hi! I'm Tristin, the creator of the Natural Birth Compass program!

I have been helping families prepare for homebirth for over a decade as a childbirth educator, professional childbirth consultant & family advocate, holistic doula, Chinese medicine practitioner, prenatal herbalist and nutritionist. My persepctive toward birth is a little unconventional and comes from my unusual perspective of Chinese medicine & philosophy, permaculture, and always following the laws of nature.
