I have been supporting families through their prenatal and birth experience as a childbirth educator and prenatal acupuncturist for over a decade, and what I see over and over again, is that we are missing a core foundation to childbirth preparation - understanding YOURSELF & the cycles of nature that occur around us everyday and teach us about ourselves and birth!

Most childbirth education classes focus on birth itself - the anatomy and physiology, comfort techniques, and interventions, but without knowing how to apply this information to your birth, it doesn't prepare you for the most difficult parts of birth, the challenges of communication, of facing your fears about birth, and preparing for the unknowns that can be inherent to birth.

I put together this new workshop to explore the aspects of YOU that you will bring to your birth and how to use that clarity to give you strength while building trust in your body and your own insincts for your birth.
